New Video: Neutral Eye Bold Lip Makeup Look

Hi loves, I recently uploaded a makeup tutorial on my Youtube channel and just wanted to quickly share it with you. I love wearing neutral shadows on my eye lids, if I’m honest I’m a little obsessed with it. I also like it means I can go as bold as I like on the lips without it looking like it’s ‘too much’. Is too much even a thing? According to my parents, yes it is, especially when I’m adorned with all the colours of the rainbow at family gathering, but what do they know about art.

For this look I relied mostly on my Urban Decay palette and my MAC eyeshadow quad which contains neutral shades. Back in the day those palettes used to get a lot of love, but now with my eyeshadow collection SO huge (I need to do something about that) they’ve been sitting on the back burner for quite a while. So I thought this look would be the perfect time to whip those palettes out. I love the look that they helped me create, it’s so wearable.

I actually wear this look quite often, it’s so easy to create and doesn’t take too long. Somedays I wear it without lashes for a more understated look. Let me know if you like it!

I’ve been spending more time trying to create tutorials and videos for my YouTube channel, I have another look coming up soon and then maybe a retake of the Get to Know Me Tag. I filmed one a while ago which I’ve now made private as it is a little outdated and no longer accurate. I’m starting to babble now so I’m going to sign off, but I promise to be back soon with more blog posts as I know I’ve been neglecting my blog a little. Let me know what you’d like to see anything in particular. Speak soon, Tanzina x

  1. It looks great! I’m going to try it, without the lashes for work. I need to get some of that foundation.

    • It is really good! I’m going to get some single pans of the colours I like :)
