MakeupAtoZ Mini Makeup Look: BareMinerals ‘The Mix Master’ Palette

As promised in the last post, today I am bringing you a quick eye makeup look which I created using the BareMinerals The Mix Master Palette (you can read my post on it here). It’s a smokey green number, I love incorporating colour into my makeup looks but not all of them are wearable on a daily basis. However I find the green in this look isn’t too bold and the look itself is very wearable.

Products I used:

  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Ebony
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Duality
  • Urban Decay Primer Potion
  • BareMinerals ‘The Mix Master Palette’ shadows: Max VolumePanaromaPerspective and Mixologist
  • PIXI Pencil Liner in Black
  • BareMinerals Lash Domination
  • Eldora False Lashes in H124

Now onto how I created the look. I’ve fallen into a habit of doing my brows first so I used my trusty Brow Wiz to fill in and shape and highlighted my browbone using the Brow Duality. Next after priming my lids using UD Primer Potion I started on creating the crease and the smokey outer V using a mixture of the brown Perspective and the black charcoal Panaroma. I blended that out with Mixologist and applied the green Max Volume all over the lid. I also applied a bit of that highlighting shade Mixologist in the inner corners to help open the eyes up. After applying pencil liner to the water line and lashings of Lash Domination mascara, I applied false lashes. The lashes I used are the gorgeous Eldora lashes in H124 which come with an invisible band which meant I could forego the top liner. I think that is all that is to this look!

I hope you liked this good smokey look I cooked up, it’s smokey with a dash of colour which is just how I like it. Do let me know if you have any makeup look request. Oh also don’t forget to enter my giveaway! It’s ending soon so don’t miss your chance to win. Tanzina x

  1. Love the look. You blend the eyeshadows very well. Unfortunate Im not at all comfortable with eye makeup. Even if I use three different shades it ends up look like a mess. Probably because of the brush I use.

Looking forward to learn a lot from you.
