Hi! I’ve been rocking two lip recipes recently that I just had to share with you all. Also I’ve been playing around with my electric shisha pen thing and I wanted to show off my smoking lips – literally! These lips I think are perfect for the transition from Summer to Autumn and I hope you like them.
This gorgeous creamy coral lip number is Motives by Loren Ridinger Rich Formula lipstick in ‘Frosty Coral’. I love how this glides on, it’s really creamy, opaque and not slippery like some creamy formulas can be. I do shy away from nude lip and pink this perfect as it translate slightly nude on my tanned skintone with an injection of coral colour to brighten my face up. You can pick it up here for £12.00 – reasonable for a great lipstick I think!
Now to amp up those lips and add a more glam factor. I absolutely love this lipgloss, it is like a gel topcoat for your lips which such a beautiful golden finish. This beauty is the Motives for LaLa Mineral Lip Shine in Preciosa, the perfect pairing for Frosty Coral lipstick and the both combined makes for such a gorgeous lip recipe. I’ve been wearing this out for evening meals and such and have had people asking what I’m wearing on my lips – always a good sign I think. You can pick this up for £12.75 here.
Now to meet my girly bright lips fixation, I never shy away from bright lips. I feel it lifts me up, makes me feel better and when a lipstick makes you feel like that you just have to buy more as it is a hell of a lot cheaper than counselling/therapy. This is Motives by Loren Ridinger Rich Formula Lipstick in Ruby which is very aptly named, if you look at a true ruby it is exactly this colour. It’s a deep pink but still bright and eye catching and again the formula is rich, creamy and opaque. You can pick it up here for £12.00.
How beautiful is the shimmer in this gloss? It is absolutely beautiful, and again the gloss provides that gel topcoat like finish which is right up my street. This is the Motives for LaLa Mineral Lip Shine in Drama Queen and it really does add drama to the lips and amps up the original Ruby lipstick which is underneath. I’ve been pairing this lip recipe with minimalist makeup looks, hair up in a bun, face defined but not too made up and bam! Bright glossy lips front and center. Again another recipe that has got people asking questions, you can pick it up here for £12.75.
I hope you liked today’s post, I haven’t done lip recipes on here before though I don’t really know why as I almost ALWAYS wear two lip products on my lips at all times, sometimes four or five. Maybe it’s the makeup artist in me but I love mixing up colours and seeing results. I adore Motives Cosmetics products, I find that they are very well priced for high end products and have yet to be disappointed by a product. Ooh please follow me on Bloglovin’ if you’d like to be kept up to date with my latest posts! Tanzina x
