QVC AW12 Press Preview: Blogshow!

Hi lovelies, hope you’ve all had a good week! I’ve been meaning to write this post for a while but couldn’t exactly figure out how to fit it in. It is the QVC Autumn/Winter press show and contained so so many different ranges of products and labels, from kitchenware to nail-wear and I didn’t just want to show you the beauty pictures because I found everything so interesting and fun to look at. So after a lot of pondering on what to do, I decided to opt for a blog-show for you all, through pictures of everything I took that day. This is definitely going to be a picture heavy post, and not much talking though I do love to rattle on. I hope you like scrolling through! Also I went there with a lovely friend of mine who also blogs called Safiyah who will spot in a few pictures.

How cool are these slanted glasses! I opted for OJ

A little canapé section, had the yummiest crackers, pickle and cheese

The beautiful Safiyah & I. She has rapidly become a close friend of mine :)

Flower displays, they looked so real I am tempted to get some for my room.
I had no idea QVC do such things, I just thought they sold makeup and exercise machines (don’t ask why!)

My dream kitchen will definitely have these utensils. The vintage feel and pastel colours
make a lovely combination.

SodaStream is back!

KitchenAid – Thou Shall be mine, I may not use you but it is a dream to acquire you.

I was so so impressed with this. It’s airbrush cake decoration!

My attempt at airbrush decorating. I have to admit I was kind of proud.

Jewellery at QVC. So beautiful and delicate, I knew they did jewellery
however up close it looked a lot more pretty than on TV!

I loved the mix of rose gold setting and stones on this ring. Beautiful

There was a Nails Inc station where you could get your nails done.
I liked what was already on my nails but you can see Safiyah’s manicure down below.

You can get OPI on QVC? Am I the only person who didn’t know?!

Don’t you love OPI’s play on words?

I am so gutted I didn’t grab the name of this Nails Inc polish. Looks so pretty!

That pretty polish with the Nails Inc Best of British collection

I’m going to take a brief pause from the pictures and just say something before you all commence. Below you will such a variety of beauty brands, and maybe I have been living under a stone but who knew you could get these all at QVC? I for sure didn’t. Sometimes I opt out of buying QVC goodies such as Liz Earle products because of delivery, and it’s only for just one product but from now one the list is endless. That Neom bath oil seems to be calling my name.

Yes, that’s right they sell Clarasonic as well!

If only this was my dressing table ..

They have lots of fashion items, but this beautiful dress captured my attention the most.

The delightful Andrew John from Percy and Reed at work

I kept my makeup quite simple, and add MAC Ruby Woo on the lips for a bit of a pop!

The lovely Andrew John styling my hair

The picture doesn’t do justice to what Andrew created with my hair.
He created soft waves that left a Hollywood movie feel to it. I felt awfully glamorous!

Outfit of the day

Quick snaps with my beautiful Safiyah

And finally, Saf’s manicure! She opted for a bright coral

I hope you enjoyed flicking through the pictures, I for sure did.. it’s been a while since I attended the event and it was nice to refresh my memory and remind myself on products I wish to pick up. The purpose of this post was to show you all the range of products and brands that QVC actually hold. The range of items on this post are just the tip of the iceberg, there is so much more and a quick look at their website proves that! I really did enjoy the QVC event and even the non-beauty part of it too. I’m still craving that key necklace, I may have to treat myself!
